Robert Daly  percussionist

 Robert's path as a professional drummer has taken him from drum corps to Dixieland, computerized dance, top forty, classic rock, country and now Irish music.  Robert toured nationally with the country band "Storm" for a good many years.  After traveling to Ireland, Robert met up with Mance Grady who is regarded as a Master Bodhran player who is sanctioned by the National Endowment of the Arts.   Back in the US Robert has written two very informative instructional books on Bodhran playing which can be purchased at www.celticpercussionunlimited.com.  

Robert can be seen performing on Djembe and Bodhran while playing with St. James Gate.  The combining of two of the oldest percussion instruments in the world along with a mix of electronic percussion instruments is no small feat.
